1.1 Pawwi 是一款宠物食品营养分析应用，主要功能包括：拍摄或上传宠物食品成分表图片进行识别、营养分析、匹配分析、多粮对比等。
1.2 本应用提供的营养分析结果仅供参考，不能替代专业兽医建议。如有宠物健康问题，请咨询专业兽医。
1.3 识别准确率约 85–90%，建议您核对识别结果。如有疑问，请参考产品包装上的原始信息。
2.1 您应具备完全民事行为能力，或已取得监护人同意后使用本服务。
2.2 您可通过邮箱、Apple ID 或 Google 账号注册并登录。注册时需同意本协议及《隐私政策》。
3.1 您应对使用本服务产生的所有行为负责。
3.2 请勿上传非法、侵权或不当内容。不得滥用服务（如恶意刷接口、绕过限制等）。
3.3 您应妥善保管账号信息，对账号下的所有活动负责。
4.1 本应用提供免费版与会员订阅（月度/年度）。免费用户每日可进行 3 次识别；会员享有无限次识别及更多高级功能。
4.2 订阅通过 Apple 内购完成，自动续费规则以 Apple 及本应用内展示的说明为准。您可在设备设置中管理或取消订阅。
4.3 会员服务协议及自动续费说明详见应用内链接。
5.1 本应用的内容、界面、算法等知识产权归运营方所有。
5.2 您上传的内容（如照片）授权我们在提供服务所必需的范围内使用。
6.1 本应用的分析结果仅供参考，不构成医疗诊断或治疗建议。
6.2 因识别技术限制，结果可能存在误差，请以实物包装为准。
6.3 用户使用本应用产生的任何后果，运营方不承担责任。
7.1 我们保留修改、暂停或终止服务的权利。重大变更将通过应用内通知等方式告知。
7.2 若您违反本协议，我们有权限制或终止您的账号及服务。
8.1 本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）。
8.2 因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，可向运营方所在地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。
9.1 我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后的协议将在应用内公布，继续使用即视为接受新协议。

Welcome to Pawwi! Please read and understand this agreement before using our services. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Pawwi is a pet food nutrition analysis app. Key features include: scanning or uploading pet food ingredient labels for recognition, nutrition analysis, match analysis, and multi-product comparison.
1.2 The nutrition analysis provided by this app is for reference only and cannot replace professional veterinary advice. Please consult a veterinarian for pet health concerns.
1.3 Recognition accuracy is approximately 85–90%. Please verify the results. Refer to the original information on product packaging if in doubt.
2.1 You must have full legal capacity or parental/guardian consent to use this service.
2.2 You may register via email, Apple ID, or Google account. Registration requires acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.1 You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3.2 Do not upload illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content. Do not abuse the service (e.g., circumventing limits, excessive API calls).
3.3 You must safeguard your account credentials and are responsible for all account activity.
4.1 The app offers a free tier and subscription (monthly/yearly). Free users have 3 scans per day; members enjoy unlimited scans and premium features.
4.2 Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Auto-renewal terms are as displayed in the app and Apple's settings. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
4.3 Member terms and auto-renewal details are available via in-app links.
5.1 Content, interface, algorithms, and other intellectual property of the app belong to the operator.
5.2 Content you upload (e.g., photos) is licensed to us to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6.1 Analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
6.2 Due to technical limitations, recognition results may contain errors. Please verify against the actual product packaging.
6.3 The operator is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the app.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notices.
7.2 We may restrict or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8.1 These terms are governed by applicable law.
8.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms. Updated terms will be published in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
